The staff of Berks Advocates Against Violence has been providing local and county-wide programs and services to families in Berks County for the past fourteen years.  Berks Advocates is the first and the longest running batterers program in the county, and are leaders in the field of domestic violence.  Our history and expertise has proven effectiveness for the prevention and reduction of violent and abusive behaviors among teens and adult males.  Our services focus on repairing families.


Berks Advocates Against Violence
is committed to developing and implementing local and county-wide programs, services and initiatives of prevention for abusers and their victims of domestic violence and reparation based on responsibility and accountability.

 

Additionally, individual residents of Reading and Berks County coupled with community agencies and legal systems personnel will attest to the need for the types of programs, services and initiatives developed and implemented by Berks Advocates Against Violence.
